    <content type="html">been thinking about joining.........but&lt;br /&gt;60$ for 3 months is way way way over my budget(i make a lousy 120$ a month......third world country) so i have to be really sure &lt;br /&gt;1)it will be productive&lt;br /&gt;[erm....joining ww is not productive by default...don't get me wrong....it is worthless if i don't follow it of course]&lt;br /&gt;2)there isn't a cheaper option&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;any advice?</content>

    <content type="html">'morning !&lt;br /&gt;just calculated my BMI-it's 25.6&lt;br /&gt;that puts me in the overweight category&lt;br /&gt;good.no panic.&lt;br /&gt;am working on that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so today's been....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a peach&lt;br /&gt;a cup of coffee&lt;br /&gt;walked to work-30mins&lt;br /&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;br /&gt;banana&lt;br /&gt;yoghurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;green tea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;not sure about the rest of the day&lt;br /&gt;i did bring a big bowl of oatmeal(oats, walnuts&amp;pistachios)to work so that'll be LUNCH.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;will prolly have a big bowl of salad and a cup of yoghurt when i go back home.....&lt;br /&gt;that's not nearly enough calories for today so i'll try to top it up with some nuts.......fruit......raw vegetables&lt;br /&gt;Not feeling particularly swell, just got my period, feel sick.&lt;br /&gt;I need a good nap in the afternoon.&lt;br /&gt;(am in the office right now.couldn't sleep last night.noisy neighbours)&lt;br /&gt;Also will drink as much water as I can.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheers!</content>

    <content type="html">hello&lt;br /&gt;just joined&lt;br /&gt;in short:&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;stats&lt;br /&gt;current 168lbs&lt;br /&gt;highest 170lbs&lt;br /&gt;lowest 132lbs&lt;br /&gt;goal 143lbs&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;meal plan&lt;br /&gt;basically my food is organised into 5 meals&lt;br /&gt;approximately around the same time every day&lt;br /&gt;i kick off my day with a large bowl of fresh fruit[meal #1, around 8am]&lt;br /&gt;a couple of hours later, or when pangs hit i usually have a piece of fruit, a cup of tea, or a piece of toast, maybe nuts, raisins.....&lt;br /&gt;for lunch [which i religiously have at 1pm sharp] i usually have large salad [of fresh vegetables w/ few olives and no dressing, apart from few drops of lemon], low fat yogurt, toast[brown bread exclusively], and a main dish [rice/ grilled aubergines/ mushrooms/ potatoes/ corn..........anything that excludes meat because i've been a vegetarian for more than 3 y now]&lt;br /&gt;after that i walk to work and then have my snacks around 4&lt;br /&gt;and dinner around 6,7pm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;food i avoid&lt;br /&gt;anything made from white flour&lt;br /&gt;meat[actually not that i avoid, but i don't eat at all]&lt;br /&gt;full fat cheese&lt;br /&gt;dough&lt;br /&gt;sodas[this is not really a sacrifice..i've never been a fan ]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i am aware i should exercise more.....but atm i have very little time to do so.....&lt;br /&gt;however, am taking the stairs instead of an elevator&lt;br /&gt;and i walk for an hour every day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i also drink a lot of water and herbal teas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i'll be posting my daily food intake here, because i feel better and stronger doing so&lt;br /&gt;of course i have a proper journal where i take note of other things in my life....somehow i wanted to separate my food diary from my default one&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;good luck to you!&lt;br /&gt;and take care&lt;br /&gt;xoxo</content>
