been thinking about joining.........but
60$ for 3 months is way way way over my budget(i make a lousy 120$ a month......third world country) so i have to be really sure
1)it will be productive
[erm....joining ww is not productive by default...don't get me wrong....it is worthless if i don't follow it of course]
2)there isn't a cheaper option

any advice?

'morning !
just calculated my BMI-it's 25.6
that puts me in the overweight category
good.no panic.
am working on that.

so today's been....

a peach
a cup of coffee
walked to work-30mins
BREAKFAST
banana
yoghurt

green tea

not sure about the rest of the day
i did bring a big bowl of oatmeal(oats, walnuts&pistachios)to work so that'll be LUNCH.

will prolly have a big bowl of salad and a cup of yoghurt when i go back home.....
that's not nearly enough calories for today so i'll try to top it up with some nuts.......fruit......raw vegetables
Not feeling particularly swell, just got my period, feel sick.
I need a good nap in the afternoon.
(am in the office right now.couldn't sleep last night.noisy neighbours)
Also will drink as much water as I can.

Cheers!

hello
just joined
in short:
>>stats
current 168lbs
highest 170lbs
lowest 132lbs
goal 143lbs
>>meal plan
basically my food is organised into 5 meals
approximately around the same time every day
i kick off my day with a large bowl of fresh fruit[meal #1, around 8am]
a couple of hours later, or when pangs hit i usually have a piece of fruit, a cup of tea, or a piece of toast, maybe nuts, raisins.....
for lunch [which i religiously have at 1pm sharp] i usually have large salad [of fresh vegetables w/ few olives and no dressing, apart from few drops of lemon], low fat yogurt, toast[brown bread exclusively], and a main dish [rice/ grilled aubergines/ mushrooms/ potatoes/ corn..........anything that excludes meat because i've been a vegetarian for more than 3 y now]
after that i walk to work and then have my snacks around 4
and dinner around 6,7pm

>>food i avoid
anything made from white flour
meat[actually not that i avoid, but i don't eat at all]
full fat cheese
dough
sodas[this is not really a sacrifice..i've never been a fan ]

i am aware i should exercise more.....but atm i have very little time to do so.....
however, am taking the stairs instead of an elevator
and i walk for an hour every day

i also drink a lot of water and herbal teas

i'll be posting my daily food intake here, because i feel better and stronger doing so
of course i have a proper journal where i take note of other things in my life....somehow i wanted to separate my food diary from my default one

good luck to you!
and take care
xoxo
